I can’t recommend Dr. Parlato and the entire team at Heart of Tradition Dental enough! From the moment you walk through the door, the entire process is incredibly smooth, efficient, and welcoming. Every member of the staff is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about making your experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. Parlato is outstanding—thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything without ever making you feel rushed. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and takes pride in delivering exceptional care. The entire team goes above and beyond in every way. From scheduling and check-in to the treatment itself, everything is organized and seamless. It’s rare to find a dental office that combines such high-quality care with such a positive, stress-free experience. After waking up with a swollen cheek due to a broken tooth I knew I would have to face my fear of going to the dentist, but not only did the great ppl at heart of tradition dental get me in the next day, the doctor and other staff were beyond professional, and worked with me to make me feel extremely comfortable. I ended up needing a few teeth removed and the doctor did an exceptional job, I didn’t feel a thing during the entire job, and it was very apparent the doctor was very skilled and knew exactly what he was doing. I’m extremely happy with the service, and now I will look forward to future visits here!

Great experience there. Beautiful clean office and helpful staff. Wonderful dental cleaning with modern equipment. They take Met Life and Delta Dental. Just can’t say enough good things about it. So happy to have found a great dentist after moving here from Ohio. Such a weight off my shoulders. Happily recommending them to friends and family.

Dr. Mendez is the man. I had a broken tooth that was causing me extreme pain. I called in on Christmas Eve hoping there was a way to fit me in. Within 2 hours they took care of my insurance, got me in the office, and pulled my molar! He (and staff) did an amazing job talking me through the procedure and keeping me in the loop. Everyone was professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. I am thankful to have found them. I urge anyone who needs to see a dentist to come here first!
